Delete your CardySync account

You can request permanent deletion of your CardySync account and associated data without reinstalling the app.

What will be deleted

  • Your CardySync account and authentication record.
  • Your profile and digital business-card information.
  • Your saved or scanned contacts, uploaded card images, and related processing data.
  • Other personal data linked to your CardySync account, subject to the retention notice below.

Submit a deletion request

Email us from the address associated with your CardySync account. Include your account email and sign-in method if known. Never send your password, verification code, or payment details.

We may ask for additional information solely to verify account ownership. We target completion within 30 days after verification and will tell you if legal or security obligations require limited data to be retained for longer.

Delete only selected data

You can keep your account and delete an individual saved contact in the CardySync app: open Contacts, choose the contact, select Delete Contact, and confirm.
