What it is for

AI Quick Notes helps you save meeting notes, follow-ups, and contact context quickly on Web, iOS, and Android, and keep them synced with your CardySync account.

How to use

1. Open AI Quick Notes

On Web, open Dashboard > AI Quick Notes. On iOS/Android, tap the Quick Notes tab in the bottom navigation.

2. Create or open a note

Tap New / create a note, then type what you want to remember. You can optionally link an existing contact later.

3. Use AI Transcribe (voice to text)

Choose a language (for example Cantonese, Mandarin, or English), tap the microphone, speak clearly for a few seconds, then stop. CardySync sends the clip for speech recognition and inserts the transcript into the note. This uses AI Credits based on clip length (about 1 credit per 10 seconds).

4. Run AI Summary

When the note has text, tap AI Summary. CardySync creates extractive key-point bullets from your note and charges 1 AI Credit. You can restore the previous note or the summary version if needed.

5. Save and come back later

Notes sync with your account. Open the same note again from Web or mobile to continue editing.

Tips

  • Pick the language that matches what you speak for better transcription.
  • AI Summary lists key points from your text; it is not a long rewritten essay.
  • If credits are low, earn more from eligible rewarded ads or your plan allowance.
  • On iOS and Android, allow microphone permission the first time you record.
